If you are not happy with the quality of the material, engraving, or any damage during shipping, please email us with your order No. and a photo of the delivered item. We will issue a replacement product. This applies for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you receive a package that is open/damaged or looks tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact our Team immediately.
Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products on custom and special orders, i.e., those created especially per your request or customized to a special size/style.
Products ordered during special promotional and festive sales may not be refundable, exchangeable, or cancellable. Special rules for the return/exchange of products may be applicable during special sales and promotional offers.
You are entitled to receive a full refund of the paid price (subject to certain conditions) for returning a product.

Once we receive your returned product, it usually takes 6-7 business days to initiate the refund (subject to product inspection). The receipt of the refund depends on the refund mode chosen by you.

- Mention your order number, product details, and your registered email ID.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to a packaging error, you will be responsible.
You can cancel your orders within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided they have not been processed/shipped.
We may not be able to return/exchange/cancel any product that is customized per the customer’s preferences or bulk orders.
Since most of our products are customized, we may not be able to return/exchange/cancel such prepaid orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Logistic companies often use standard abbreviations:
- In transit: Your order is on its way to your city
- Out for delivery: Order reached your city and will be delivered today
- Hold at hub: Delivery was attempted; will try again in 48 hours
- RTO in transit: Undelivered and returning to warehouse
- Visit Order Tracking and enter your order number.
- You also receive email/text with your tracking number and logistics provider name once the order is shipped.
We strive to deliver as soon as possible; however, current logistics limitations don't allow us to expedite deliveries further upon request.

Different products have different estimated delivery times. The items may reach you together or separately, depending on their origin.
Products are shipped from different locations. Larger or made-to-order items may take additional time (e.g., 12-15 business days). Check each product page for exact timelines.

- Delivery charges apply for same-day Standard, Fixed time, and Midnight delivery.
- Nominal delivery charges apply on international orders and discounted bulk orders.
Same-day delivery: Available in Surat.
Next-day delivery: Available in Gujarat.
Other locations typically 3-6 days (express) or 6-8 days (standard).
Estimated delivery time is shown on individual product pages. Sometimes delays occur due to weather, flight schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. Custom-made items can also take longer.

Yes. There may be an internal upper limit for international transactions set by our payment gateway partner. For more details, please check with your card issuer or contact us.
Prices of all our products are inclusive of taxes. You don't have to pay anything extra.
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring correct details and stable internet. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is usually credited back within 7 business days.
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and select digital wallets.

Your order status is updated via emails and text messages. You can also check your order status under ‘My Account’ on our website.
In case your account has been debited for an unsuccessful order, the amount is usually rolled back by the bank within 7 business days. If you don’t see the credit, contact your bank or let us know.
You will receive a confirmation email and text message with all order details. If you created an account, you can also view your order in ‘My Account’.
Your order will be delivered via reputed logistics partners at your doorstep.
